Sunset Homestay - Backpacker Hostel Self Checkin - Kuching

I loved apartment's rooms, they were quiet with comfy beds. It was located in a good area near to the food area.

We had a quite comfortable stay in Kuching so close to lots of eatery shops nearby during day, cafe, local restaurant and malls and Sunset Homestay. The stuff was super-friendly and nice to chat with.

Comfortable bed and pillow, with chilling air-conditioning. Friendly and approachable staff who recommended tourism attractions. Clean and spacious bathroom with strong water pressure. Small fridge with foreign beers near the entrance. Good location near city center and waterfront with plenty of eateries. Free-flow of coffee and tea, and full-service amenities in the bathroom. Strategic location between big-chain hotels, offering a richer experience at a lower price.

Cracks or stains on the bathroom floor, making it appear dirty. Lack of dry or wet tissues on tables in the veranda.

Very good range of facilities including location and staff. All the staff were accommodating, thanks guys. Had smooth check in. There were climate control, a microwave and a fridge. There was a bath in the communal bathroom. Everything was simply great. Had drinks at The Junk, situated 5 minutes walk away.

This apartment is a perfect base for staying in Kuching. Accommodating and incredible staff. Really enjoyed an electric kettle, a microwave and air conditioning available. Best bathroom there❤

I had the most amazing stay at Sunset Homestay - Backpacker. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront. The facilities were great, with everything I needed like a hair dryer and lockers. The staff were helpful and friendly. The dorm room I stayed in wasnice and neat, with privacy curtains on the beds. The kitchen area was well-equipped, and I loved spending time on the balcony. I highly recommend this hostel for a fantastic stay.

In general, it's great base for staying in Kuching. The staff is competent and the food was CHEAP.

Close to Topspot food court and a variety of eateries, you'll never go hungry. the hostel's central location also means easy access to popular tourist spots like the Waterfront Harbour and Carpenter Street. the dorms are clean, quiet, and well-designed with pod beds that offer privacy. the staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. there's a great kitchen area on the third floor and an outdoor sitting area for relaxation.

The lack of social space inside the hostel makes it difficult to interact with other guests.

I got great value for my money at Sunset Homestay - Backpacker. The room was cozy and comfortable, with cool pod beds that gave me my own little space. The location was excellent, just a lovely walk down to the waterfront and close to popular restaurants and shops. The staff were nice and helpful, always ready to assist and keep everything clean.

For breakfast, it would be better if there were more options available.
